Hello, this is Jeff Williams, CEO of The Employment Hour.

We launched The Employment Hour four years ago as the producer of a weekly cable-television program aimed at individuals over age 40 and CEOs of small employers.

Along the way, a number of our video segments landed on YouTube and the buzz generated encouraged us to centralize all the street-smart knowledge and advice we collected from our interviews on an Employment Hour website, located at www.employmenthour.com

We've now moved away from the full-length television format in favor of shorter, more frequent webcast interviews. We will debut our new webcasting studio in June 2009 - Come back to www.employmenthour.com and use our video player at the top of this page to sample our webcast interviews.

Also along the way, we've connected with a growing network of very talented independent contractors and consultants in various employment-related fields.

We've been working since fall 2008 to survey the employment marketplace to identify needed areas of training, so that we connect individuals and business owners with these talented service providers.
